I am a retired City of Winnipeg Police Officer. After 24 yrs. of service, I joined Remax Performance in January 2005. For the first two years, I worked on a team which had consistently sold between 80 and 100 homes per year. In Dec. 2005 I earned the A.B.R. (Accredited Buyer Representation) designation. This additional training and education has helped in my efforts to work with home-buyers in their search for the perfect home and condo. Since Real Estate is all about 'bring buyers and sellers together', this certification has also helped my Seller-Clients.
