I am a third generation Rocker working for the family business. Started by my grandparents in 1972, taken over by my mom in 1999, I have been helping in the office since I was in high school, now I am a licensed agent and will take over the business once my mom retires. Our niche is Sales & Property Management: helping tenants, owners, buyers, & sellers become more educated in the area of Real Estate and Property Management. I am focused on learning as much as I can so I am able to help others as much as I can. I am committed to educating and helping those in need of our Buying, Selling or Property Management services in South Lake County. My company manages over 100 properties in the Clermont, Minneola, and Groveland areas. We specialize in long-term, unfurnished, residential units. We are the eyes and ears for our owners, whether they live here in Florida or out of state. We qualify our tenants, to help our owners feel comfortable with the actual rental process. We also qualify our owners so our tenants can confidently and comfortably move their families into a home not being threatened by short sale or foreclosure.
