ANNE ANDERSON, a Realtor since 1987, made the move to business ownership in May of 1999. Her new company name is Lakeshore Realty. Anne has a degree from the University of California with an emphasis in urban planning. She has handled commercial sales and leases as well as worked with others in developing property. Anne is active in the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors and the Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce. She is currently President of the Inland Northwest CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Chapter. In February of 1999 she spoke before 400 real estate practitioners regarding retail and office space in Kootenai County. Anne is also active on the board of the Girls North Idaho Softball Association.
