Charlie Parrish

In addition to being the broker/owner of Evergreen Realty, Charlie is also a developer involving properties at Schweitzer Mountain Resort and Westwood Village in Sandpoint. Charlie got his start in 1984 at Schweitzer and has since built over 110 condominiums on the mountain valued at over 20 million dollars including Highland Village, Wildflower at Crystal Springs condominiums and Cornice Condominiums. In 1994, Charlie took his expertise to Westwood Village to build four high-end townhomes named Riverview. Then the Court at Westwood was born. These are 2 and 3 bedroom, single level, condominiums. Charlie has an Engineering Degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University. He sees this strong educational background as a vital part of his success.
