I have sold over $150 million in real estate transactions and have successfully helped over 2000 clients meet their real estate goals. I am an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and a NCS (New Construction Specialist). I am also part owner of Century 21 Advantage (Columbia and Smithton offices). I keep abreast of current market trends and technological advances through events such as Star Power Conferences, Listing University, Buyer Specialist University, and Leadership University, as well as a number of other seminars and events. Also, I am currently enrolled in an intense Leadership Coaching Program in order to provide more synergy and cohesiveness to my group. I have also been a member of the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois' Grievance Committee in the past. Community Involvement I have called Monroe County home for a little over 30 years. My husband and I own a number of businesses in the community and enjoy being involved with the various parades and community events. Steven, a graduate of McKendree University, is married to Naureen Frierdich and they have one son, Chanse Steven Frierdich. They reside here in Columbia. Eric recently graduated from McKendree University and has one son, Caden Frierdich as well! We spend most of our recreational time at the Lake of the Ozarks, where we fish and boat frequently and enjoy time with our grandsons. "
