I discovered Northern Michigan just after graduation from college in the 70's and then moved to the Boyne area where I started a real estate career in 1986. Among the many reasons for my choice are the casual friendly feel of the community, beautiful hills, streams and lakes as well as the proximity to Boyne Mountain Resort, Lake Charlevoix and Walloon Lake. Since my arrival I have become very knowledgeable of the area and its many offerings. I am active in local community events, the Boyne City Chamber of Commerce, Boyne Thunder, and the local Association of Realtors along with being Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Resort Properties. The RE/MAX system and its name recognition has proved to be an excellent venue for allowing my business to grow and flourish. In 2008 I received the “Certified Luxury Home Marketing Institute” designation as a specialist to better evaluate and market higher end waterfront, vacation and residential properties. The focus is on all sports lakes including Lake Charlevoix, Walloon Lake, Deer Lake, Intermediate Lake and Six Mile Lake.
