- Richard Price is a native of Monroe, North Carolina. He earned his B.S. in Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1999. Prior to entering the real estate field, he was a successful software developer and project manager working with manufacturing, service, and logistic companies throughout the US. Richard currently resides in the Historic District of Downtown Monroe with his wife, Andrea, and their two children.- Lloyd Trimble is Owner and Buyer Specialist at R.W. Price & Associates. I am a licensed Agent and Broker in both North and South Carolina and have participated in over 325 transactions since 2006. As a former department manager for Lowe’s, I have a solid understanding of construction issues. I help buyers obtain the best possible pricing and terms on their new construction purchases – often saving our clients thousands by working directly with the builder representatives.
