Superior real estate services in the Upstate. Since 1933 Coldwell Banker Caine has established a rich heritage in their years of serving Greenville and the Upstate of South Carolina. Times have changed, but the companys focus has continued to be service beyond the contract in order to offer quality real estate services to our customers and clients. In the 90s Caine began a controlled expansion program with the purchase of 46 year old Grier & Company in Spartanburg. Simultaneous with its affiliation with Coldwell Banker in 1997, Caine also purchased Century Associates and Jack Newton, Realtors, the local Coldwell Banker affiliates in Greenville and Spartanburg. In 2002, Caine joined forces with The Furman Co. - Residential LLC - a former division of The Furman Co. which was established in 1888. The most recent growth is melding CB Hugh Durham & Associates into the CBCaine family. Now the firm covers the I-85 corridor from Georgia to the North Carolina lines.
