I have been in the real estate business for more than 18 years and currently hold designations of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and Graduate, Realtor Institute. I owned my own firm in San Antonio before joining a Boerne real estate firm in 1994, where I was the top individual agent in real estate. I started the Graves Group in 2003. The Graves Group became a part of the Phyllis Browning Company in October 2007. The group, which is comprised of myself and five other agents, offers a full range of real estate services. The Graves Group specializes in Hill Country real estate and has helped more than 1000 families relocate to this area. I am an active participant in the Boerne Community. I am involved in the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce as a Executive Director, co-chair of the Education Council and co-chair of Boerne Leadership 2009-2010, a member of the Kendall County Economic Development Corporation, the Greater San Antonio Builders Association, the San Antonio Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors,and the National Association of Realtors. I have been a Platinum Top 50 agent for the last six years.
