Have you ever met a guy from New Zealand before? I was born and raised there. Some scenes from 'The Lord of the Rings' were filmed 10 minutes from where I grew up. But, I wasn't there for filming as I have lived in the U.S.A. since 1990, and in Colorado Springs since 1996. Since moving here I have watched the city and surrounding areas grow in size. When I first moved here I was in the landscaping business and landscaped a large number of new home communities. I got to meet people moving here from all over the country, and those relocating from other parts of the area. Being a very personable and hard worker whose job was making homes look better, I found out what was important to people when moving into a new home. Now in my 6th year as a Realtor, I've helped people find the home that has what is important to them & their needs.
