Ken Waterbeck Broker and Realtor has owned and operated Waterbeck Real Estate for 23 years, and has been in the real estate industry for over 32 years, and has graduated from appraisal school. Not only does Waterbeck Real Estate specailize in residential, investments, commercial, and farms, Ken has designed a program for individuals who cannot attain financing to be able to purchase a home. Summer Algharib is a Broker Associate/Realtor and has been with Waterbeck Real Estate since 2002. Dick Timms has returned to the real estate industry as a Realtor with Waterbeck Real Estate and has been with the company since 2004. Being a small company is an advantage, so that we may dedicate more attention and time to each individual transaction.
