Originally from the Rep.of Georgia, I came to the United States in 1994 and reside in Anderson County. I attended Clemson University majoring in Financial Management. I began my Real Estate career in 1998, am a Broker Associate with Terri's Team Real Estate, hold the GRI Designation, as well as being a licensed SC Real Estate Instructor with Fortune Academy of Real Estate. I am an expert evaluator of fair market value, and very knowledgeable of market area trends and conditions. Sandy Jordan, a Licensed Realtor, is my assistant. Sandy and I educate our clients regarding the different aspects of the real estate transaction. We handle all of the details by keeping buyers, sellers, attorneys and lenders, as well as other players in the transaction informed. Working with several builders, I am very familiar with new construction costs and rehab estimates for properties.
