Born and raised on the mainland, Pat first came to Hawaii for Peace Corps Training in Hilo. After 2 years teaching English in Thailand she once again enjoyed living in Hilo while working on Peace Corps Staff. It was natural for her and her family to move back to Hilo 15 years later for her husbands work. Pat entered the real estate profession in 1989 and hasn't looked back! She enjoys the challenges of helping people find the right property or having a successful sale of their property. To better serve her clients she has obtained the advanced certifications of Broker. She has also received the designations of Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist(CRS). Additionally, Pat has been an active member of the local Board of Realtors, serving on the Education Committee and more recently as Grievance Committee Chair. Pat and her husband, Gil, are the proud parents of two sons and soon to be 4 grandchildren!
