I received my real estate licence in Aug 1983 & Brokers licence in 1986, opening an office in 1988. In 2001 I amalgamated with Royal LePage-Niagara to go back to what I liked best-listing & selling real estate. To ensure accuracy of evaluations, I received my MVA-Residential appraisal designation in 1991 & have my DAR (Designated Appraiser Residential). I am certified to do appraisals for banks & anyone requiring a qualified appraisal. Whether it's residential, acreage, waterfront or a farm, I have the experience to help Buyers find that special property.
