Susan Wainfor heads her group with 19 years of experience. She graduated with a BS degree from The Ohio State University and holds the distinction of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR)and Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS). Susan has been awarded the coveted 'Dozen' sales designation honoring the top 5% of all residential agents in the country. Susan is also a member of the CBR $25 MILLION DOLLAR CLUB. Further, Susan has just been awarded recognition for sales achievement, being ranked in the top ten agents of HER Realtors out of 550 agents within the Real Living organization for six years straight. Susan continues to accomplish sales goals and for the past five years has received the Ohio Association of Realtors coveted Pinnacle of Performance Award. Within the Real Living Organization Susan was honored in the 'Winners Circle Elite', recognizing the top 1% of the HER Real Living Team. In February 2006 Susan received the Real Living Platinum Award for the 3rd year in a row.
