For the past 4 years I have focused my attention on my own neighborhood, Sunset Ridge. Having sold over 50 homes in Sunset Ridge in the past 3 years, I have gained valuable knowledge about our neighborhood which I would love to share with you. Most of my clients now come to me by way of referrals. Earlier this year I moved my Weichert Realtors affiliation to WRTriangle Homes in Cary. Here I joined my daughter-in-law, Jenny Fike and we formed The Fike Team. In addition to my focus on Sunset Ridge we have now expanded our scope of operations to most of Wake County and presently have listings in Apex, Cary, North Raleigh, Fuquay- Varina and, of course Holly Springs. I have been honored while affiliated with Weichert Realtors to have been awarded the Rookie of the Year Award (at age 70) for the Carolinas in 2006 and I have been the top Weichert Producer in the Triangle 2006-2008.
