Looking for a neat and secluded building site but want to be close in to minimize your commute time- This 5 acre cul-de-sac parcel is only 1/4 mile from the highway and it's in walking distance to the grocery store. This is a very nice and very buildable lot. It is fully fenced and has 2 seasonal streams. It also has a drive and small pad with a pretty dilapidated old travel trailer on it (trailer can stay or go...your choice). Next to the pad is a capped well. They only went 120 feet and air-tested at 7 GPM (that's plenty for just about any residential use but you could go deeper and get more as this one is not very deep). There are two excellent building sites...one where the small pad is near the creek which would be very secluded and one on top of a knoll which would have a really nice view. The terrain is very varied with some open and lightly sloped, some heavily treed, the creek areas, and some fairly steep in the back across the creeks. Only one minor downside on this one...Simon Lane is paved but a little rough in spots with some trees overgrowing the road in a couple of places (no problem for any vehicles and it's only a short road in). This is a nice little area with only 2 roads and minimal traffic yet it is as close as we could get you to the highway for an easy commute. This one is worth taking a look at.
