Villa Aguila (Eagle Villa) is located on the highest point of Cofresi at an elevation of some 600 feet overlooking Cofresi Beach and the new Ocean World Marina. To the east 3 miles away is the city of Puerto Plata and Costambar can be seen with extending views of Sosua. To the South, Mount Loma Isabel de Torres, the beautiful foothills and Maimon can be seen. The Villa has a 360 degree vista which is considered possibly the finest view along the north coast.

The outside jetted pool is half shaded and runs down a waterfall under a bridge to the main 60 ft pool (this pool is solar heated). There is a separate custom built games room complex with pool table, ping pong, card table and sitting area with cable TV.
