After 20 years in the film industry, I made the move to real estate and couldn't be happier. That was over 9 years ago, and in that time I have continued to make Royal LePage's Top 20 Realtor's list, received multiple awards of distinction including Master Sales, Director's Platinum and the prestigious National Diamond Award, that recognises the top 2% in Royal LePage Canada, which I'm beyond thrilled about. Most recently I was named Royal LePage's Top Individual Agent for Atlantic so I'm literally at the top of my game and am loving every minute of it! I attribute much of my success to having great clients who rely on my first-hand knowledge of the neighbourhoods, trust in my experience, and love my easy-going yet, honest and straight-forward approach. Each of my listings comes with a unique property postcard that tells the story of your home, the neighbourhood and the little things that make your property worth viewing. I leverage social media, my blog and neighbourhood canvassing to spread the word. I always share it with my extensive network of clients, colleagues and contacts as well. When I'm not with clients, I can usually be found at the local rink watching my youngest girl play hockey, in a studio listening to my oldest daughter strum her guitar or walking our dog at Point Pleasant. I'm raising my family to love Halifax as much as I do and know first hand how important it is to find the perfect neighbourhood for your family's needs.
